Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one single order until a maximum amount of 200,00 EUR is reached. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. Gift Cards apply to all fashion items excluding e.g. beauty products and electronics. If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your Gift Card credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit. It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your Gift Card credit retrospectively. The purchase of the voucher itself cannot be exchanged or refunded. The Zalando Gift Cards are not e-money but an unregulated value credit. This means that neither the statutory protection for e-money applies and there is no right to redeem for cash. The amount will be instantly credited to your account. Alternatively, you can enter the voucher code directly at the checkout stage in the voucher code field. If you do not use the complete voucher value all at once, the remaining value will be credited to your Zalando account. Ako otkažeš narudžbu ili vratiš artikle naručene iskorištavanjem kredita poklon vaučera, vrijednost će biti vraćena na tvoj Zalando račun u obliku kredita. Nažalost, nije moguće retrospektivno iskoristiti vaš poklon bon. Sama kupnja vaučera ne može se zamijeniti niti vratiti. KAKO ISKORISTITI POKLON VAUČER: Prijavi se u svoj račun na zalando.hr ili u aplikaciji Zalando. Unesi kôd za poklon vaučer u odjeljku „Moji vaučeri”. Iznos će odmah biti prenesen na tvoj račun u obliku kredita. Također, kôd za vaučer možeš unijeti izravno tijekom faze naplate u polje za kôd za vaučer. Ako ne želiš iskoristiti cjelokupnu vrijednost vaučera odjedanput, preostali iznos bit će prenesen na tvoj Zalando račun u obliku kredita.
