1. This e-Gift Card is redeemable ONLY at Lulu Hypermarket Malaysia 2. E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part / full will be provided. 3. Lulu Hypermarkets will not be responsible for lost cards and no demand for replacement/compensation for the lost code will be entertained. 4. Once the E-Gift Card is issued/used, a cancellation request will not be entertained. 5. Should the purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the e-Gift Card. 6. E-Gift Cards are valid for one-time redemption only. Any balance amount in the E-Gift Card after the card is redeemed will be forfeited. 7. Maximum of five (5) e-Gift Cards can be used for one purchase. 8. No replacement/compensation is permissible/ payable for a lost e-Gift Card. 9. The holder of the card is deemed to be the beneficiary. 10. Lulu Hypermarkets reserves the right to alter any / all the terms and conditions of this e-Gift Card at any time without prior notice. Any dispute shall be referred to LULU GROUP RETAIL SDN BHD (the Company) and the Company's decision shall be final.
