Please contact Serai Customer care for redemption of the Gift card - enquiries@theserai.in or call in to 080 48893964. Share the Gift card details with the booking agent from Serai for redemption. Issued by Coffee Day Hotels and Resorts, with a validity of 1 year from the date of issue. Redeemable for one time only on www.theserai.in within the validity period to exhaust its value. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Considered a Bearer's card.
Coffee Day Hotels and Resorts will not be responsible if the card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without the bearer's permission, and no replacement will be provided.
