For details on how to use the card, please visit: https://www.theatretokens.com/how-to-use You can redeem your Theatre Tokens by contacting the box office directly, or online at the below websites only. The simplest way to contact the box office this is either by email, though you can also reach them over the phone or in person. Please check the page of the theatre you wish to attend for their contact details. You will need your 16 digit Token Number and 4 digit PIN found underneath the scratch off panel - the image below shows where you will be able to find both numbers on your Theatre Token; if you are redeeming in person the theatre will be able scan the barcode. You can use all or part of the balance on your Gift Card or eGift to pay, or part-pay for theatre tickets at participating venues. If the theatre tickets cost more than your Theatre Tokens balance you will need to pay the outstanding amount using cash or a debit/credit card. Your Theatre Tokens can now be used to online to buy tickets at the following venues: In London: Official London Theatre, TKTS, London Coliseum, Gielgud Theatre, Noël Coward Theatre, Novello Theatre, Prince Edward Theatre, Prince of Wales Theatre, Sondheim Theatre, Wyndham's Theatre and the Victoria Palace Theatre. Outside of London: The Lowry, Queen's Theatre Hornchurch, Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and the Mull Theatre. Online redemption continues to roll out to new theatres.
