• Download the SM Malls Online App available on App Store and Google Play • Open the app and sign up for an account or log in • Pin your location on the homepage • Browse through brands, restaurants, and Cyberzone. Add desired products to the cart. • Check out your cart and input delivery details. • Input the voucher code to apply the promo. • Confirm and pay for the order and receive the Order Number for tracking.
The gift certificate is valid after receiving it. It can be redeemed in all of the merchant’s branches and can be used to pay for anything for sale in the store. It is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to a barcode, QR code, or cash. It is transferable. It is for one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their own products and services. If the total value of the purchase is not used up, there will be no change applicable. If the total value of the purchase goes beyond the applicable amount, the user will shoulder and pay the difference through any other payment modes accepted by the partner merchant. Partner merchant policies on acceptance of SM Malls voucher apply. Both WOGI and SM Malls shall not be liable for any lost/stolen gift certificate. Customer must be fully responsible in safekeeping the live and active code. The voucher is valid for SM Malls Online App orders. It is applicable for all delivery types and in-store pickup orders within serviceable malls. It is applicable for retail shops and restaurants. Not valid for purchases from SM Markets and SM Cinema. It is only valid for 6 months. SM Malls Online reserves the right to cancel orders without prior notice in the event of voucher abuse, misuse, or fraud.
