Step 2: After clicking ""Add to Grab application"", the Website will automatically convert according to the device format that the user is using. • For mobile devices: Click on “Redeem in Grab app”. • For computer (PC) - scan QR code with mobile phone. Step 3: User will confirm if this is the correct account before adding “My Rewards”. Step 4: Voucher has been redeemed successfully! User enters “My Rewards” to check and use the reward.
• Valid for one-time use on an Express booking in Malaysia only. • Valid on GrabExpress service only. • Voucher cannot be applied on the Platform Fee. • Voucher cannot be stacked, clubbed or combined for use in a single transaction. • Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions. • Voucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period.
