Download HealthifyMe App from the Google Play Store for Android and App Store for IOS . Register on HealthifyMe by entering Email id/ Phone Number . Fill in details like Name, Phone Number, Weight, Height, Pre conditions if any, Activity Level . Enter First Meal and proceed. Optional* . Click on the “more” option in the bottom console. Look for “Activate Plan” and click to add the code . Enter the Unique Activation Code that you have received and click “submit” . Your plan will automatically be activated.
