Cashier: Scan the barcode off of the mobile device and/or hand key the gift card number and associated PIN into the POS.
Your purchase and/or use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions applicable to this card. Card may be used for purchases at any Forever 21 store or at Forever21.com. Purchase amounts will be deducted from the card balance until it is $0.00. Card may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, used to pay down a credit card balance, or used to buy gift cards or e-gift cards. Card may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Protect this card like cash because we are not responsible for use of your card without your permission. If lost or stolen, gift card can only be replaced with the original proof of purchase for the remaining balance in our records. Resale is strictly prohibited and the card funds are not transferable.
