To ensure a smooth experience and avoid any potential issues, guests are encouraged to mention the Gift Card at the time of booking. Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Gift Cards may be used for accommodations, spa services, dining and leisure activities such as golf, tennis and more at any facility owned or operated by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, as well as at Willow Stream Spa locations, Fairmont Stores and www.FairmontStores.com. Gift Cards are not accepted at Fairmont Heritage Place properties (exception of Franz Klammer Lodge and Ghirardelli Square.) Gift Cards may not be used at Raffles or Swissôtel hotels and resorts. Gift Cards may be used to enhance your Ovation Rewards stay. For reservations visit fairmont.com.
