Should the purchase value exceed the value of the gift card, the difference value should be paid by the customer who redeems the gift card The gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date Expired gift cards cannot be extended or refunded Merchandise redeemed against this gift card can only be exchanged as per the merchant’s policy & cannot be refunded for cash. Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded. eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
