The GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed online. The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary. The GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash. The GV/e-Pay is redeemable on all days of the week. Customers must inform the cashier about their intent to use a GV/e-Pay option before the billing process begins and present the relevant details for validation. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the ongoing offers & schemes. The GV can be converted into e-Pay and then used partially at the holder’s convenience. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance. Soch is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/e-Pay. The GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires. In case there is a balance amount to be paid after Gv/e-Pay redemption, the customer must pay the balance amount using available payment modes. For any return of the product bought using the GV/e-Pay, the exchanges will be given for the value paid by the customer, plus the voucher value in the form of a Credit Note.
