Visit the outlet near you . Before making the purchase confirm about the acceptance of Gift Voucher at the store . Choose the products you would like to buy . Show your Gift Voucher details to the cashier at the time of billing & pay any balance amount by cash or card. The Gift Voucher is redeemable and holds a validity period of 12 months from the date of receipt. The Gift Voucher can be redeemed solely against the purchase of eligible products at Reliance Smart Bazaar Stores in India. Cash exchange for the Gift Voucher is not permitted. The Gift Voucher can be redeemed on a one-time basis only. The Gift Voucher does not apply to the purchase of Gold/Silver Coins. The Gift Voucher is to be redeemed in full and is not applicable for partial redemptions. Extensions of the validity period or refunds for the Gift Voucher value are not provided if the voucher remains unused within the validity period.
This Gift Voucher is provided by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance). Reliance will not be accountable for any loss or misuse of the Gift Voucher, and no replacement or compensation will be provided in lieu of the Gift Voucher. The total liability of Reliance will not surpass the value of the Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are eligible for purchasing discounted products. Multiple Gift Vouchers are permissible for use in a single transaction. Gift Vouchers are acceptable at all outlets listed on storelocator.ril.com/Retail but are not applicable for online purchases. The bearer of the Gift Voucher is deemed to have comprehended and accepted these terms and conditions. The individual bearing the code of the Gift Voucher is recognized as the beneficiary of this voucher. Redemption of the Gift Voucher by the bearer is considered as a valid settlement of liabilities by Reliance. Reliance is not liable under any circumstance for any loss, damage, expense, cost, or third-party liability arising directly or indirectly from the use and redemption of the Gift Voucher by the bearer. Reliance holds the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher at any time without prior notice, with such amendments being binding on the user/bearer of the Gift Voucher. Any disputes regarding product liability, guarantee, warranty, and quality of products to be purchased under the redemption of the Gift Voucher should be directed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner, with Reliance not being held accountable for the same. The guarantee and warranty of the products will be conveyed as received from the respective Manufacturer/Buyer.
