Virtual Visa Cards provides recipients with the flexibility to spend the card at a variety of stores. Similar to other prepaid cards, the card can be used only on purchases less than or equal to the available balance and cannot be reloaded.

You will need to provide your email address and full name. You must also read and agree to the Cardholder Agreement and Privacy Policy. Then click the activation button. Shortly after submitting your information for the card, you will receive an email that contains a link to your card page. Your card page is accessible only through the email we send you. The Virtual Visa International Card can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay. If your IP is located in the USA, please choose any countries other than USA to activate the card.
- The card is denominated in USD, and the available balance is listed in USD using the current foreign exchange rate and does not charge any foreign transaction fees, and the exchange rate is based on the Fixer API. - The card cannot be used at ATMs or on apps like Venmo.
