Gift cards are non-refundable and no change will be given, but any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases. Where goods purchased with the gift card are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned for refund, monies owing will be added to the balance on the gift card. 3. Your new balance will (if used in store) be shown on your receipt every time you make a purchase or can be checked at any till in store or (if used online) can be checked online at: whsmith.co.uk/giftcard. 4. The minimum amount required to activate or top-up this gift card is £1, the maximum amount is £200 in one transaction, and the maximum limit is £1,000. 5. Please treat this gift card as if it were cash, as the balance cannot be returned to you if it is lost or stolen. 6. This gift card will expire after 24 months of consecutive non-use and the balance will be deducted. Cards with a zero balance will expire after 65 days. 8.
