1. The e-voucher can only be redeemed at Nawaloka Care Labs, Nawaloka Care Medical Centres, and Nawaloka Care Hospital (Negombo). 2. Please present this e-voucher to the cashier at the time of walking in. 3. The cashier will scan the unique code to offset the e-voucher value from the total bill to complete the transaction. 4. Terms and Conditions apply. 5. This offer cannot be coupled with any other special promotions.
Conditions générales
1. The e-voucher is valid until the expiry date stated. 2. This e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash/cannot be refunded. 3. This e-voucher should be redeemed in total in a single purchase. 4. Any unutilized amounts of the value of the e-voucher after the single purchase shall not be refunded in cash or otherwise. 5. The customer should mention the e-voucher prior to purchasing a product or service. 6. Lost or misplaced e-vouchers would be considered as redeemed and will not be replaced. 7. The difference should be settled using another valid payment method such as cash or card.
