This eGift Card is redeemable across participating Alfaco restaurant locations in Saudi Arabia and on the Sufra website https://order.sufra.sa and Sufra mobile application. To find store location, please visit https://order.sufra.sa/en-sa/store-locator Valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in full. The eGift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Items purchased using this eGift Card are subject to Sufra’s standard refund policy. How to Use Your eGift Card In-Store Redemption: Visit any participating Alfaco restaurant. Place your order. Present the eGift Card code to the cashier for redemption. To redeem online, visit the Sufra website https://order.sufra.sa or open the Sufra app. Log in or create a Sufra account. Select Delivery and choose your preferred restaurant brand and items. Proceed to checkout. Enter the eGift Card code under “Use Gift Card or Promo Code” and click Apply. Complete your order and enjoy. eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant. Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
