1. Only redeemable at stores in KSA. 2. Only one gift card can be redeemed per invoice, Multiple card redemptions will not be accepted during the transaction 3. This e-Gift Card can be partially redeemed. 4. Valid for 12 months from date of receiving. 5. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged 6. If misplaced Doctor M, MyList and Riyad Bank cannot block / cancel the card and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost / stolen card. 7. Redemption of this gift card is not permissible for consultations / transactions made using your health insurance card. 8. Return, exchange & refund are subject to Doctor M policies. 9. The redemption of the gift card cannot be combined with other available offers/discounts at Doctor M stores. 10. The gift card value cannot be redeemed for cash. 1. يمكن استبدالها فقط في متاجر المملكة العربية السعودية. 2. يمكن استرداد بطاقة هدايا واحدة فقط لكل فاتورة، ولن يتم قبول عمليات استرداد متعدّدة للبطاقات أثناء المعاملة. 3. يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية هذه جزئياً. 4. صالحة لمدة 12 شهراً من تاريخ الاستلام. 5. لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة فقدانها أو سرقتها أو تلفها. 6. في حال فقدان أو سرقة البطاقة، فإن دكتور إم ومايليست لا يمكنهما حظر/ إلغاء البطاقة، مع إخلاء المسؤولية عن أي معاملة تتم على البطاقة المفقودة/ المسروقة. 7. لا يُسمح باسترداد بطاقة الهدايا هذه للاستشارات/ المعاملات التي تتم باستخدام بطاقة التأمين الصحي الخاصة بك. 8. شروط الإستعادة أو الاستبدال أو الإرجاع: يخضع رد الأموال لسياسات دكتور إم. 9. لا يمكن الجمع بين استرداد بطاقة الهدايا والعروض/ الخصومات الأخرى المتاحة في متاجر دكتور إم. 10. لا يمكن استرداد قيمة بطاقة الهدايا نقداً.
