The credit on the Douglas Gift Card is valid indefinitely and can be used all at once or in parts. It is not possible to redeem a Gift Card bought abroad in the Netherlands.** The Douglas Gift Card can be redeemed with a cash amount in any Douglas store and in the Douglas Online Shop after topping up. It is not possible to redeem a Gift Card bought abroad in the Netherlands. Our discounts and Douglas Beauty Point Checks are not valid when purchasing a Douglas Gift Card. When using the Douglas Gift Card as a payment method, the credit on the Gift Card applies at the time of redemption. You will not receive any interest on your credit on your Douglas Gift Card. The Douglas Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash and is not rechargeable. The credit on the Douglas Gift Card is valid indefinitely and can be used all at once or in parts. If the credit is not sufficient, the remaining amount can be paid by means of another payment method for the purchase of certain items. A maximum of 3 Gift Cards can be redeemed per online order. The value of the Gift Card is automatically deducted from the order value. Any remaining amount can be paid via iDeal, Bancontact or by credit card. It is not possible to order a Douglas Gift Card in the Douglas Online Shop and pay for it with a Douglas Gift Card.
