Simply proceed to any Robinsons' affiliated store, present the email or sms of the voucher to claim your gift certificate and enjoy your gift! Please maximize the brightness of your phone and present the actual clear copy of the voucher link during redemption to ensure readability of the barcode.
The eGC voucher is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts. Printed barcodes are not accepted. eGC vouchers must be shown from a phone or any electronic device. The eGC voucher can be partially redeemed and is reusable until zero balance.
