Simply proceed to any Robinsons' affiliated store, present the email or sms of the voucher to claim your gift certificate and enjoy your gift! Please maximize the brightness of your phone and present the actual clear copy of the voucher link during redemption to ensure readability of the barcode.
The eVoucher has no expiry date, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts. Printed barcodes are not accepted. eVouchers must be shown from a phone or any electronic device. The eVoucher can be partially redeemed and is reusable until zero balance. Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess of the eVoucher value. The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eVoucher.
