Alshaya eGift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The Alshaya eGift Cards can be redeemed in all Alshaya stores, including Fashion & Footwear, Health & Beauty, Pharmacy, Home Furnishing, Optics, and Leisure and Entertainment stores, as well as in restaurants such as Shake Shack, Raising Canes, Starbucks, Chipotle, and Pinkberry only. Please visit https://www.alshaya.com/en/locations/kuwait/foot-locker/ to check the available stores or you can visit https://www.alshaya.com/en/locations/kuwait/ to check the participating Alshaya brands in KUWAIT. Alshaya eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash fully or partially. Only one eGift Card can be redeemed in a single invoice. Alshaya eGift Card is partially redeemable. If an item is purchased using an Alshaya eGift Card, the remaining balance and validity date will be presented on the receipt. This information can be provided by the Alshaya Customer Service Department 182-12-12, or by simply presenting the eGift Card to the store cashier. Balance enquiries and partial redemptions are the sole responsibility of the merchant. Should the purchase amount exceed the balance of the eGift Card, the remaining due amount should be paid by the customer who redeems the eGift Card. No replacement, compensation, is permissible or payable for lost eGift Card. Mutilated or defaced eGift Card will not be honored.
