Go to the official website of Healthians. Or you can also download the Healthians App or Call the Sales Agent/CC . Select the Health Test Check-up Package . Click Book Now and add the required login, address, and other details . Choose Healthians E -Gift Card as your payment option . When prompted, enter the 16-digit number and 6-digit PIN to redeem your Healthians E-Gift Card . Confirm the booking and enjoy getting the health test done in the comfort of your home . This is a Healthians Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on the Website/App. The person who has the Gift Card (GC) is deemed to be the beneficiary. Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the Gift Card (GC) before making a purchase. Only valid Gift Card (GC) at the sole discretion of HEALTHIANS shall be accepted for redemption. One Gift Cards can be used against one Bill/Order. Partial redemption is allowed but No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the Gift Card will be given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically. Gift Card (GC) CANNOT be revalidated once expired and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. HEALTHIANS or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Gift Card (GC) number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account. The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the Gift Cards. Gift Card (GC) cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. HEALTHIANS may add or delete any date on its sole discretion. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Gift Card has been received, decision of the company shall be final. Healthians depends upon various third-party vendors for its technical architecture and systems. In case of an unforeseen technical issue arising due to any directly / indirectly interdependent issue which needs the intervention of a third party to reach a resolution, the TAT will be totally dependent on the responses of the third party along with their specific TATs. In such scenarios, Healthians cannot be held responsible for any issues / mishaps / losses of any kind arising from such issues and events.
