Gift cards are redeemable at the brand's physical retail outlets. The validity of Gift Cards extends for 12 months from the date of activation or issuance, post which they expire. Gift Cards are non-convertible to cash or cheque. Each gift card is designated for a one-time redemption only. No partial redemptions are allowed; any remaining balance will be retained on the Gift Card. No replacements or reimbursements will be provided for misplaced or expired e-Gift Cards
The bearer assumes responsibility for the e-Gift Card, including in cases of loss, theft, destruction, or unauthorized usage. In events of theft or loss of the Gift Card, no replacement card will be issued nor will any reimbursement be made. The brand reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notification.
