Visit a participating Arvind Brands store . Select your desired merchandise . Present a printout of the e-gift card to the customer relationship officer before billing . If the total amount exceeds the value of the e-gift card, pay the difference via cash, credit card, or debit card to complete your purchase.
Upon placing an order with us, you will receive an ARVIND E-Gift Card. This e-gift card is transferable and can be redeemed for any product or merchandise at participating Arvind Brands stores in India, including but not limited to Arrow, Izod, Elle, Flying Machine, US Polo Assn., Gap, and Aeropostle stores. The e-gift card can be redeemed only once and solely at selected outlets. Present a printout of this e-gift card to the customer relationship officer before billing or when you wish to redeem the card. The e-gift card cannot be used during sales and promotions at stores. The balance on the e-gift card is redeemable for merchandise only, not cash. If the merchandise value exceeds the e-gift card value, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card, or debit card. Lost e-gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. The e-gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, nor will any unutilized balance be refunded. While e-Gift Cards are usually delivered instantly, system issues may occasionally delay delivery up to 24 hours.
