This eGift Card is redeemable only at participating Dubai Phone physical branches in Egypt. It cannot be used for online purchases unless otherwise stated. The eGift Card is valid for one-time use only and will be burned upon redemption in-store. eGift Card value is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged eGift Card cannot be replaced or reimbursed. Redemption is subject to Dubai Phone store policies, participating branches, and product availability. How to use: Visit any participating Dubai Phone branch in Egypt. Browse available smartphones, laptops, accessories, electronics, or eligible products. Choose your desired products and proceed to checkout. Present your eGift Card code to the cashier before payment. The cashier will validate the eGift Card and deduct its value from your total purchase. If your purchase exceeds the eGift Card value, pay the remaining balance using available payment methods. The eGift Card is valid for one-time use only and will be burned immediately after in-store redemption. Keep your receipt as proof of redemption. eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant. Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
