Digital gift cards are: Redeemable for merchandise or services at all Chemist Warehouse stores in Australia. Not redeemable for cash. Cannot be reloaded and cannot be used for payment of credit or retail accounts. A digital gift card balance must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the digital gift card email. It is the responsibility of the digital gift cardholder to use the full value before the expiry date; cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balances on expired digital gift cards will not be refunded or credited. If a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the customer must make up the difference with another payment method. The customer is liable for all transactions on the digital gift card. If credit remains on a digital gift card after a transaction is made, the remaining balance will be stored on the original digital gift card email.
