1.บัตรกำนัลจะออกในรูปแบบรหัสอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ไม่ซ้ำกันและมีมูลค่าที่ระบุเป็นสกุลเงินบาทไทย 2.บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้จองหรือซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ (เช่น ตั๋วเครื่องบินและบริการเสริม) บนแพลตฟอร์มภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น 3.ผู้ใช้ต้องลงทะเบียนและเข้าสู่ระบบบัญชีก่อนใช้บัตรกำนัล 4.ผู้ใช้ต้องกรอกรหัสบัตรกำนัลในขั้นตอนการชำระเงินบนแพลตฟอร์มเพื่อรับส่วนลดทันทีหรือชำระเป็นเงินเต็มจำนวนสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่จองหรือซื้อบนแพลตฟอร์ม 5.บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ร่วมกับคูปอง ส่วนลด รหัสโปรโมชั่น หรือโปรโมชั่นอื่น ๆ ที่มีอยู่บนแพลตฟอร์มได้ 6.บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้โดยไม่มีข้อกำหนดขั้นต่ำ แต่สามารถใช้ได้เพียง 1 (หนึ่ง) ครั้ง และสำหรับการจอง 1 (หนึ่ง) รายการเท่านั้น หากมูลค่าของบัตรกำนัลสูงกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผู้ใช้จองหรือซื้อ มูลค่าที่เหลือของบัตรกำนัลจะถือว่าใช้เต็มจำนวนและไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ (ทั้งทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน) 7.บัตรกำนัลมีผลและสามารถใช้ได้กับวิธีการชำระเงินที่ระบุและสามารถใช้ได้ตามเงื่อนไขของวิธีการชำระเงินนั้น ๆ 8.หลังจากวันหมดอายุ บัตรกำนัลจะหมดอายุและไม่สามารถขยายหรือต่ออายุได้ 9.บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดได้ 10.บัตรกำนัลที่ถูกใช้แล้วไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ไม่ว่าการจองนั้นจะสามารถขอคืนเงินได้หรือไม่ 11. Traveloka จะไม่รับผิดชอบในการจัดหาบัตรกำนัลทดแทนสำหรับบัตรกำนัลที่หมดอายุ ยกเลิก ถูกยกเลิก หรือใช้งานไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากการฉ้อโกงหรือปัญหาทางเทคนิค 12. This e-voucher will be issued in the form of a unique electronic code and will have a certain nominal value in Thai Baht currency. 2. This e-voucher can only be used to book or purchase the Product (e.g., flight and its ancillary products) on the Platform in Thailand. 3. A User must register and log into the account before using the e-voucher. 4. A User must fill in the unique e-voucher during the payment process on the Platform to receive a direct discount or as a payment of the total price of the Product booked or purchased on the Platform. 5. This e-voucher can be used on top of any other discount coupons, codes, or other promotions available on the Platform. 6. This e-voucher can only be used with no minimum transaction requirement, but can only be used only 1 (one) time and for 1 (one) booking. If the value of the e-voucher is higher than the Product that a User books or purchases, the remaining value of the e-voucher shall be deemed and used to the maximum value of an e-Voucher and cannot be refunded (either in whole or in part). 7. This e-voucher is valid and can be used with specific and available payment methods, subject to the terms of the payment methods. 8. After the expiry date of the e-voucher, this e-voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be extended or renewed. 9. This e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. 10. This e-voucher, which has been successfully used, cannot be refunded regardless of whether the booking is refundable or not. 11. Traveloka is not liable to offer any replacement for the e-voucher that has expired, discontinued, canceled, or misused, whether due to fraud or technical issues. 12. Traveloka reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions applicable to the e-voucher at any time, including but not limited to the scope of products that can be purchased with the e-voucher. Traveloka shall provide written notice of at least 30 (thirty) days to the Company before implementing any changes to the e-voucher Terms and Conditions that materially affect the Company’s marketing, sale, distribution, or usage of the e-vouchers. For avoidance of doubt, no prior notice shall be required for changes that do not have a material impact on.
