This e-Gift Card can be partially redeemed. 4. Valid for 12 months from date of receiving. 5. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged 6. If misplaced Doctor M, MyList and Riyad Bank cannot block / cancel the card and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost / stolen card. 7. Redemption of this gift card is not permissible for consultations / transactions made using your health insurance card. 8. Return, exchange & refund are subject to Doctor M policies. 9. The redemption of the gift card cannot be combined with other available offers/discounts at Doctor M stores. 10.
