Bath & Body Works Gift Card is a participating brand of Alshaya Group. Alshaya eGift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Alshaya eGift Cards are redeemable in stores across Alshaya participating Brands. Please visit https://www.bathandbodyworks.com.sa/en/store-finder to check the available stores or you can visit https://alshaya.com/en/locations/saudi-arabia/ to check the participating Alshaya brands in KSA. Alshaya eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash fully or partially. Only one eGift Card can be redeemed in a single invoice. Alshaya eGift Card is partially redeemable. If an item is purchased using an Alshaya eGift Card, the remaining balance and validity date will be presented on the receipt. This information can be provided by the Alshaya Customer Service Department 800-4414440, or by simply presenting the eGift Card to the store cashier. Balance enquiries and partial redemptions are the sole responsibility of the merchant. Should the purchase amount exceed the balance of the eGift Card, the remaining due amount should be paid by the customer who redeems the eGift Card. No replacement, compensation, is permissible or payable for lost eGift Card.
