Steps to redeem Pigeon Gift Cards Share the Voucher code with the cashier along with your mobile number. Share your mobile number with the cashier to check e-Pay balance and vouchers, confirm the amount, provide the OTP received, and pay the remaining balance using another payment method. Pay the balance if any using any other payment mode.

1. This is a Pigeon GV (Gift Voucher)/GC (Gift Card) and would be accepted only at the listed Pigeon Exclusive Stores. 2. The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary. 3. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder. 4. Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to the e-Pay balance. 5. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash. 6. This GV/GC cannot be redeemed on Exchange Offer at the Pigeon Exclusive Store. 7. Stove Kraft Limited is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs. 8. Stove Kraft Limited's overall liability will not exceed the value of the GV/GC. 9. The bearer of the GV/GC shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. 10. Stove Kraft Limited reserves its right to modify/amend the terms and conditions of the GV/GC at any time without prior notice and such modifications shall be binding on the user/bearer of the GV/GC.
