The holder of the Gift Voucher is considered to have comprehended and agreed to the terms and conditions herein. The individual bearing the code of the Gift Voucher is deemed the beneficiary of this voucher. Redemption of the Gift Voucher by the bearer will be regarded as a valid settlement of liabilities by Reliance. Reliance will not be held accountable under any scenario for any loss, damage, expenses, or third-party liabilities arising either directly or indirectly from the use and redemption of the Gift Voucher by the bearer. Reliance retains the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher at any time without prior notice, and such amendments will be binding on the user/bearer of the Gift Voucher. Any disputes concerning product liability, guarantee, warranty, and quality of the products to be purchased under the redemption of the Gift Voucher should be directed to the respective Manufacturer/Brand Owner, and Reliance will not be accountable for the same.
