E-Gift Cards are sent in an email. E-Gift Cards issued in Australian dollars are redeemable in Australian stores and on the Australian website. They are not redeemable for cash or travellers cheques. No change will be given for a purchase made with an E-Gift Card. The E-Gift Card expires thirty-six months from the date of purchase. Cards issued prior to the 31st of March 2018 will expire twelve months after the date of issue. E-Gift Cards are partially redeemable, and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.
