If an item is purchased using an Alshaya eGift Card, the remaining balance and validity date will be presented on the receipt. This information can be provided by the Alshaya Customer Service Department 800-74292, or by simply presenting the eGift Card to the store cashier. Balance enquiries and partial redemptions are the sole responsibility of the merchant. Should the purchase amount exceed the balance of the eGift Card, the remaining due amount should be paid by the customer who redeems the eGift Card.
