This eGift card must be exchanged at the Customer Service desk at City Centre Muscat, City Centre Qurum, or City Centre Suhar for a physical MAF Mall Gift Card. The Physical MAF Mall Gift Card is valid for 12 months once exchanged, beginning from the date it is exchanged (MAF Mall Gift Card issuance date). This eGift Card will reflect a redeemable balance (after deduction of an activation fee of OMR 0.5 ) and the same redeemable balance is transferred onto the Physical MAF Mall Gift card once exchanged at the Customer Service Desk at City Centre Muscat, City Centre Qurum or City Centre Suhar. This MAF Mall Gift Card can be used at at participating stores and restaurants within City Centre Muscat, City Centre Qurum or City Centre Suhar, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the MAF Mall Gift Card. For latest updates, please visit www.citycentremuscat.com/mall-gift-card, www.citycentrequrum.com/mall-gift-card or www.citycentresuhar.com/mall-gift-card respectively. Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded. eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant. Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
