1. This is an HP Pay Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on the HP Pay mobile Application. 2. The holder of the Instant Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary. 3. Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the Instant Gift Voucher before making a purchase. 4. Only valid Instant Gift Vouchers at the sole discretion of HPCL shall be accepted for redemption towards HP Pay Wallet recharge of customer. HP Pay Insta Gift Voucher should be mapped with the registered mobile number 5. Multiple vouchers can be redeemed at once by customers by adding the vouchers in the wallet. 6. Once the voucher gets added to the HP Pay wallet balance, it can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount will be given. For more details , customer to refer Terms and Conditions provided on HP Pay App. 7. Instant Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired. 8. HPCL or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Instant Gift Voucher number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account. 9. HP Pay Wallet will be accepted for payments across all mentioned HPCL Petrol pumps and HP Gas distributorships at its sole discretion. Brand may add or remove any brand outlet from the list without giving any prior notice. 10. If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get activated in 72 hours. 11. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Instant Gift Voucher has been received, decision of the company shall be final.
