The receiver presents the email/SMS with the gift code at the store. 1. Customer calls the call centre to fix an appointment 2. Selects outlet to avail service and informs the executive about making payment using gift card 3. Executive checks with the outlet on acceptance of gift card and confirms booking 4. Customer visits the outlets and selects offered service / product 5. Store executive prepares the final invoice and informs payable amount the customer, customer intends to make payment using gift card 6. The store manager opens the web based single page redemption link Enters card credentials and other required fields 7. Post validation system confirms available value in the card and get the card redeemed 8. Customer needs to pay by other mode if the invoice value exceeds redemption amount
